How to read the claims.
Working demo
A route, interaction or feature can be run and inspected in the current demonstration environment.
In development
The architecture or product exists in an active development state but is not represented as production validated.
Independent evidence
Requires external evaluation or other evidence appropriate to the claim. A demo does not silently become efficacy evidence.

Evidence should come from records and results, not confidence alone.
Why governance appears on a proof page
Because an AI should not be the sole authority on what it actually did.
For AI-assisted actions, independent records should verify what was authorised and what actually happened. A fluent explanation is not evidence by itself.
